Hands-on Skills Assessment
Candidates have two options to complete this assessment:
Option 1: This assessment is conducted using a mockup. A Qualified Assessor guides the candidate through specific tasks. Qualified Assessors are roof system experts and independently contracted by installers and roofing contractors to administer hands-on skills assessments. Find an approved Qualified Assessor.
Option 2: Candidates can submit various forms of media, such as photos and videos of themselves performing specific tasks on a job or mockup via a mobile app (NRCA will provide a link). A Qualified Assessor will review and score the submitted work.
