Diversity and inclusion of different perspectives ensure rich, collaborative decision making in all organizations. To remain focused on its dedication to building open, honest, inclusive spaces, NRCA has incorporated diversity and inclusion into its strategic plan and operations.

To help with this effort, NRCA’s Spanish-language membership provides resources for Spanish-speaking workers and business owners and keeps them up to date regarding roofing industry news. NRCA provides Spanish-speaking roofing professionals tools, advice, and educational and technical information to help them advance their roofing careers and create and maintain successful businesses.
