NRCA's Enterprise Risk Management monitors health, safety, insurance, legislative and regulatory issues affecting the roofing industry. Staff members provide roofing contractors with information about such issues through four committees. They develop and maintain products and programs to assist contractors in meeting their loss-control and regulatory compliance responsibilities.
Enterprise Risk Management designs, develops and/or delivers a number of safety, health and management classes offered by NRCA, including the OSHA 10- and 30-hour programs; For Foremen Only; NRCA/MRCA Certified Roofing Torch Applicator Program; Train-the-Trainer; and Roofing Industry Fall Protection from A to Z. In particular, staff is responsible for NRCA's Future Executive Institute (FEI), three-year executive education leadership program held at Northwestern University's No. 1-rated Kellogg School of Management.
