NRCA’s Washington, D.C., office serves as NRCA’s full-time advocate in our nation’s capital and works to advance the roofing industry’s public policy agenda in the following areas: tax policy, energy efficiency, labor and workplace regulation, career and technical education and workforce training, immigration reform, regulatory issues, health care insurance and other federal issues.

We stand for you

NRCA has been successful in ensuring passage of legislation on issues of importance to the roofing industry. The most recent accomplishments include holding Roofing Day in D.C., one of the largest advocacy events on Capitol Hill; securing increased funding for career and technical education; protecting and expanding pro-growth tax provisions that provide roofing industry employers with more capital to invest in their companies; providing additional H-2B visas for employers in need; and working with federal agencies to minimize regulatory burdens on businesses.
