Qualified Trainer Conference

Send one—or several—of your key employees with a passion for training the next generation to an upcoming NRCA Qualified Trainer Conference.

Completing the small-group presentation and coaching exercises during this two-day event under the watchful eye of NRCA instructors will earn your employee(s) the NRCA Qualified Trainer designation—a powerful recruiting tool for your company.

Beyond recruiting, your NRCA Qualified Trainer will help retain new workers for your company. Through realistic role play and presentation exercises, your employee will break bad training habits that may be hindering your company’s growth while creating new, effective training skills and processes.
