Aaron Kock

Aaron Kock is CNA Insurance Cos.’s regional construction leader for the Midwest. He is the underwriting program director for the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Renewable Energy Contractors (REC) and previously, Electrical Contractors Class Program (ECCP).

Aaron started his career at CNA in 2003 as an actual analyst. He has a Bachelor of Science in actuarial science and statistics and holds Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations.


Neil Nichol

Neil Nichol serves as a construction consulting director for CNA Risk Control coordinating the roofing book of business. He works with many associations, several safety committees and the large, self-insured captive group Roofers Insurance Limited (RIL). Neil is responsible for monitoring the roofing industry for regulatory changes and any major issues that will affect CNA’s book of business.

Neil holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental services from the University of Dubuque. He is a UL Recognized Risk Engineer and an approved 10- and 30-hour trainer for the OSHA Outreach program. Neil also has contributed to the ANSI A10.24 low-slope roofing standard that was published in 2014.
