Building energy authority and regulations survey: State activity

Abstract
Information describing the status of state regulations and authority to regulate energy use in new and existing buildings is presented in tabular form. The tables reference available information on pending bills, acts or general authority that is embodied in a State Building Code Act. Programs relating to solar energy, insulation and other building energy items also are listed.
