Abstract
This second edition reports the chronology of activities that led to the current understanding of the performance of exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS) or synthetic stucco systems, makes recommendations for a comprehensive program to improve long term perfornace of EIFS, and solicits assistance from builders in identifying moisture problems in existing buildings nationwide.
