Abstract
This report is based on ground surveys conducted by SBCCI. The survey area was in the Florida panhandle and included areas from Pensocals east to Panama City. This report sets Opals maximum sustained wind speeds at 95 to 89 knots which equates to 103 to 107 mph fastest mile.
