Abstract
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released its revised standard for record keeping (29 CFR 1904). The new standard becomes effective January 1, 2002. One of the most significant changes in the standard involves the counting of days an employee misses work because of work restrictions, job transfers, or work-related illnesses or injuries.
