Abstract
Data will be presented demonstrating the ability of reflective roof coatings to cool a roof, keep the roof cool over time, and provide cool benefits even in northern climates. Energy related benefits of reflective roof coatings that go beyond the use of roof insulation will be documented. Finally, sustainable benefits to the building owner for using reflective roof coatings to reduce the rate of aging of the roof system and potentially improve human comfort and productivity will be presented. Costs and benefits will be presented from a financial and environmental perspective
