Abstract
Because of the adverse experience, questionable product performance claims and concerns about aging characteristics Donald W. Belles & Associates were requested to study the flammability performance of cellulose insulation. The study involved a literature search, review of over 80 documents, a reivew of fire experience and discussion with fire service personnel. This article summarizes the finding of this study.
