Abstract
There are numerous testing laboratories across the country that test built-up and modified bitumen roof (bituminous roof) samples for evidence of hail damage. The problem is that there is no specific ASTM International standard test method for performing these tests. As a result, testing labs are using a variety of test methods for testing bituminous roof samples for hail damage.
