Abstract
This guide provided information for roof designers on how to design mechanically attached flexible membrane roof assemblies to resist wind action. It pertains onloy to wind-related issues applicable to those assemblies. It does not address other design issurs, such as fire performance, hail resistance, roof drainage, energy efficiency, chemical resistance or material compatibility. Nor does it address other roof types, such as ballasted, fully adhered and protected membrane roof assemblies.
