DOT hazardous materials security plan rules

Abstract
This Special Report provides information regarding compliance with the US DOT hazardous materials security plan rules that become effective Sept. 25, 2003. Implementation of the security plan components by roofing companies that transport certain hazardous materials is expected to reduce the potential for terrorists to use these products as weapons.
