Federal guidance on corrosive drywall: Remove and replace

Abstract
The U.S. Dept.of Housing & Urban Development and the Consumer Product Safety Commission issued their official "interim remediation guidance" on April 2. Their federal interagency task force, noting "a strong association between the presence of problem drywall and corrosion of metal in homes," calls for the costly removal and replacment technique of remediation.
