Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present and discuss methods of calculating the dynamic resonse of tall, flexible structures, such as towers, stacks and masts, to wind loading. The paper is presented in two parts: The first part addresses the dynamic response of cylindrical structures to vortex shedding, and the second part deals with dynamic response to gust loading.
