Abstract
The intent of this paper is to discuss how existing deleterious conditions were assessed and how the final reroofing specifications were determined. There is also a discussion of the various repair and reroofing options that were explored, as well as the methods of quality control followed during construction to ensure a watertight, warrantable, long-term roofing system.
