Abstract
With today's high cost of energy and the emphasis placed on energy conservation, many homeowners, when replacing their shingles, are applying insulation over the existing roof and then applying asphalt shingles directly over the insulation. ARMA recommends against this practices - this bulletin gives the reasons why.
