Abstract
This paper focuses on the positive results found in metal reroofing project described. These positive results have been found to be consistent in all this type work. Adding slope to flat roofs, venting the roof cavity, adding unfaced fiberglass insulation, and using standing seam steel panels for the weathering surface have proved to be very successful from a design, contracting, and customer satisfaction standpoint.
