Abstract
It is recognized that careful consideration should be given to the selection of energy source as well as to the selection of building and systems components. This document, in its present form, addresses new building design for effective utilization of energy regardless of the source of that energy. It is the intent of ASH RAE to include a section on annual fuel and energy resource impact determination as soon as possible. A panel of the Standard 90 Committee is now working on its development. When the result of this work is complete, it will be submitted for adoption.
