DOT federal highway administration pilot program (FHWA)

Abstract
This special report provides information regarding a new pilot program being offered by the U.S. Dept. of Transportation's (DOT) Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The program is being offered to certain qualified interstate motor carriers (roofing contractors) who operate light to medium weight (between 10,000 and 26,001 pounds) commercial motor vehicles.
