Waterproofnig the Building Envelope

To obtain a copy of a specific publication, users should contact the publication's publisher directly.

Abstract
This book covers overall waterproofing materials and systems, as well as emphasizes the relationships these systems have to other envelope components. Waterproofing must be considered an integral part of the envelope system. This includes roofing, masonry, electrical mechanical, and all other systems comprising the envelope. Only then will the construction industry begin to see a reduction in lawsuits and the end of the adversarial relationship that occurs among onwers, contractors, architects and trade contractors.
