Abstract
For years a problem existed with regard to covering carports, porches, and other flat residential roofs. The needs of this market niche could be met through built u roofing. But that meant finding a roofing contractor who had the capabilities and desire to apply what would be a very small built up roof. Now a better solution exists. It's derived from the industrial/commercial low slope roofing market, and it combines modified bitumen and low solvent adhesive technology. The result is an effective way to easily and conveniently cover small flat roofs with a highly durable system. This article is a brief description of the components for this specialized residential application.
