Abstract
This document recommends and outlines repair methods for EPDM roof, which are out of warranty and experiencing shrinkage. The recommendations for flashing repair differentiate smal curbs (less than 4'x4') from large curbs and wall flashigns. Plain or unreinforced EPDM may be used for reattaching the existing membrane to small curbs. Large curbs and wall flashings shojld only use reinforced EPDM to reattach the membrane. Fastening guidelines are also given, including fastener pullout resistance exptected from different construction materials.
