Abstract
On Feb. 13, 2009, Congress approved the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (H.R. 1), a $787 billion economic stimulus package aimed at jump-starting the economy. This Special Report is to alert NRCA members to potential provisions of interest to the roofing industry.
