NRCA Offers COVID-19 Resources for Roofing Contractors

Rosemont, Ill.—During the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the National Roofing Contractors Association is offering online resources to assist roofing contractors.

NRCA recognizes this is a time of uncertainty and wants to provide information and resources addressing various issues roofing contractors may be facing as they manage their businesses.

NRCA has added a new section to its website, www.nrca.net, to keep roofing contractors informed of important information in a timely manner. Resources include best practices for COVID-19 prevention; links to authoritative information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration; and legal resources, including key contract provisions, insurance resources, federal financial assistance, and employers’ and employees’ rights. Links to a recently developed NRCA toolbox talk, “Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Awareness,” and NRCA recommendations for managing COVID-19 also are available at www.nrca.net/covid-19-resources-for-roofing-contractors. Please refer to the website frequently to receive the latest information.

In addition, NRCA will send a survey to contractor members next week to gather specific feedback about how the crisis is affecting them. Please complete and return the survey so NRCA may better assist the industry.
