This session will emphasize the importance of breaking the stigma, seeking help and providing mental health support for employees facing challenges at home, in the workplace and on the job site.

We will bust myths that keep workers silent about workplace stress, including:

1. Stress or mental health struggles are a sign of weakness.
2. Raising concern about workplace stress is frowned upon.
3. This is not a time to “make waves.” Buckle down and accept it.
4. You need to keep your personal life separate from work. If you cannot find a way to balance your responsibilities, step aside so we can find someone who can.
