- Participation in all classes and social activities (Attendance is taken at each, and though circumstances may warrant an exception, students will be required to make up any partially attended individual class or activity or group of classes to graduate. The FEI Committee will review all attendance records before graduation for such purposes.)

Graduating classes
Students graduate upon completion of the six parts of the three-year program. Graduation is held during NRCA's annual convention. The students are honored at the awards ceremony. Many graduates and FEI students have gone on to become NRCA directors.
