Abstract
WSRCA has received additional reports from member contractors describing problems with concrete decks, and waterproofing and roofing membranes maintaining adhesion to concrete decks. As such, WSRCA's Waterproofing and Low-Slope Roofing Committees have collaborated on this Technical Bulletin to provide basic guidelines for evaluating new and existing concrete decks, prior to roofing or waterproofing system application.
