Recruiting the next generation is a big part of our company’s mission. At Ace Roofing, we have a culture of rewarding and compensating individuals based on their performance. We have found there are extremely intelligent and high-performing young people from the millennial generation. When they discover they are rewarded based on the results they produce, they become engaged and find creative ways to bring value to the company. This culture builds on our reputation, and it’s rewarding for everybody involved.
