What is one of the most important traits you look for in an employee when hiring? Three NRCA members share their answers.

The most important traits I look for in an employee when hiring are passion and energy for the work they are pursuing. This energy will arrive at the door each day once hired, and their passion will drive all their responsibilities to successful results, regularly exceeding expectations.
