NRCA's Cyber Monday sale Nov. 26 generated $533; all the proceeds will be donated to the charity that wins the CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award.
The CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award honors charitable works performed by NRCA contractor members in the communities where they live and work. Previous winners include:
- Shadowfax, which provides services to mentally, emotionally and physically challenged individuals and finds them meaningful work
- OneOC, which supports nonprofit organizations with volunteers, training, consulting and fiscal sponsorship
- Food Bank of El Dorado County, which provides food assistance daily in partnership with more than 40 local emergency food response agency sites
