The Roofing Alliance is funding A Study of the U.S. Roofing Industry and Its Workforce and needs your help.
Arizona State University will be assisting the Roofing Alliance in its efforts to capture workforce demographics and attract the next generation of the roofing workforce by helping with distribution, collection and analysis of surveys.
But the Roofing Alliance also needs your help. Researchers from ASU began contacting potential respondents via email with an electronic survey link during the first week of February. If you were contacted, you can help by completing the survey, which includes general questions about your company, as well as critical questions about your current workforce. At the end of the survey, you will have the option to help ASU capture additional data from your current employees, as well as the option to share your insights and opinions regarding the roofing industry's workforce challenges.
The Roofing Alliance appreciates any time you can spend helping with this effort. Your individual responses will be confidential and anonymous.
