NRCA member Roofed Right America, Milwaukee, announced it has acquired NRCA member Upstate Roofing & Painting, Rochester, N.Y.
Upstate Roofing & Painting, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, is Roofed Right America’s first acquisition. With more than 100 employees, the company provides roofing and painting services to commercial clients throughout western and Upstate New York. Upstate Roofing & Painting President Bob Morgan and his team will continue to lead the organization under the Upstate Roofing & Painting brand while making active contributions to the broader Roofed Right America platform.
“RRA is a perfect fit for Upstate and its people,” said Morgan, who has been with the company since 1998 and is on NRCA’s board of directors. “We share the same culture, standards and vision for the future and are thrilled at the opportunity to join forces.”
Roofed Right America’s ownership team partnered with private equity firm Great Range Capital in early 2023 to accelerate its organic growth and establish a platform that invests in and supports other leading commercial roofing companies in the U.S.
