Rosemont, Ill.—The National Roofing Contractors Association is accepting applications for its next three-year Future Executives Institute class.
FEI is a comprehensive and powerful learning experience and one-of-a-kind industry networking opportunity. It is built on 10 core areas essential to small-business operations: leadership, management, strategic planning, human resources, financial management, sales and marketing, roofing industry issues, risk and crisis management, succession and family relationships, and personal-development skills.
The three-year program is held at Northwestern University’s prestigious Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and in conjunction with the International Roofing Expo.® The program offers participants an in-depth study of leadership and management theory and practice aimed at managing a thriving roofing business.
The application deadline is Wednesday, March 15, at midnight. Class size is limited, and successful candidates will meet or likely exceed acceptance criteria.
