NRCA will hold Developing Safety Leadership Skills for Residential Roofing May 25 at noon CDT.
The Healthy Work Center at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, with the support of CPWR—The Center for Construction Research and Training, has developed The Foundations for Safety Leadership for Residential Construction (FSL4Res) course, a residential adaptation of the original Foundations for Safety Leadership training course designed by CPWR to teach workers six critical safety leadership skills and how to put them into practice.
The webinar will discuss the importance of safety leadership training in the roofing industry, as well as describe the original FSL training, how it has been adapted for residential construction and the application for roofing contractors.
