On July 29 at noon CDT, NRCA will hold a free Power Hour—How Sellable is Your Business?
During the Power Hour, Peter Holton, managing director for Caber Hill Advisors, will discuss an owner’s ability to successfully complete the sale of his or her roofing business at a fair market value. He will explore the seven aspects of a business that determine how attractive it is to prospective buyers and explain why some businesses are worth buying at almost any price while others are difficult to sell.
Attendees will have an opportunity to evaluate their own businesses and discuss their companies’ strengths, weaknesses and overall sellable potential. Using real world examples from audience participants and Holton’s experiences advising roofing buyers and sellers, participants will gain valuable knowledge about the realities of selling a roofing business and leave with actionable advice they can implement in their own organizations.
