NRCA is celebrating National Roofing Week June 5-11 to increase recognition of the significance of roofs to every home and business in the U.S.; promote the good deeds of the roofing industry; and emphasize the value of professional roofing contractors.
During the week, NRCA is hosting a social media campaign to highlight its members and their contributions to the roofing industry. Members are encouraged to share photos and videos that will focus on a different theme each day during National Roofing Week, tag NRCA and use the hashtag #nationalroofingweek.
Social media cards, which read “Proud to Be an NRCA Member,” have been mailed to all NRCA contractor members. Place this card in all the photos you take and submit them for the social media campaign. Members also may download a color PDF of the card and social media instructions in English and Spanish on NRCA’s National Roofing Week webpage by visiting www.nrca.net/nationalroofingweek.
Following is the schedule for sharing photos for the National Roofing Week social media campaign:
Monday, June 6: Signature projects—share photos of your company’s signature residential and commercial projects.
Tuesday, June 7: Charitable projects—share photos that demonstrate your company’s charitable giving.
Wednesday, June 8: Employee appreciation—share photos of your company’s employees.
Thursday, June 9: Employee training—share photos that demonstrate how you train your workers.
Friday, June 10: Celebration—share photos showing us how your company celebrated National Roofing Week.
