NRCA's ProForeman Certificate Program is meant to help foremen become better team leaders and representatives for their companies. The program consists of more than 20 elements, ranging from in-person programs to online modules, in various categories critical to a foreman's job, including leadership, safety, technology and customer service.
NRCA is pleased to announce Ryan Watts, foreman for Jurin Roofing Services Inc., Pennsburg, Pa., has completed the ProForeman Certificate Program. Paul Sharkey, former training manager for Jurin Roofing Services, and Dave Rose, operations team leader for Jurin Roofing Services, served as his sponsors. The ProForeman certificate is awarded to Jurin Roofing Services in recognition of the time and effort required from all to complete the program.
