The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has extended the comment period for the proposed rule on crane operator certification. Comments now will be accepted through July 5.
The extension gives stakeholders more time to review the proposed rule before submitting comments. Comments can be submitted electronically via the Federal e-Rulemaking Portal by clicking here or by mail or facsimile.
