NRCA will offer Foreman Leadership Training, Level 1, Feb. 3 in New Orleans during the 2022 International Roofing Expo.®
The one-day class focuses on communication, leadership and management skills and teaches foremen how to work well with all types of people. Participants will learn how to improve their communication skills; handle tough situations tactfully, especially when disciplinary action is needed; establish credibility; build rapport with crew members; and motivate workers to improve job-site productivity.
