NRCA will hold Foreman Management Training July 9 and Field Leadership Training, Level 1 July 10 at the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association in Phoenix.
During Foreman Management Training, foremen will navigate through scenarios that reinforce safety, customer service, quality, productivity and profitability. Participants should be able to list components of job management; explain a foreman’s role in job management; discuss the pros and cons of solutions to various scenarios; and describe how foremen affect profitability.
Field Leadership Training, Level 1, focuses on leadership and management skills for field managers. After completing the class, participants will be able to recognize and improve leadership and crew communication styles; enhance team productivity; and implement conflict resolution tools to manage and prevent workplace conflicts.
