NRCA will offer Virtual Foreman Leadership Training, Level 1, March 4; the last day to register is Feb. 24.
The one-day class focuses on communication, leadership and management skills and teaches foremen the tools to help them become effective crew leaders. Participants will learn how to identify when to manage and when to lead; improve their communication skills; identify positive and negative approaches to communication; articulate specific ways to increase crew productivity; and implement conflict resolution with employees in discipline situations, among other things.
