NRCA will offer For Foremen Only, Level 1, March 19 in Rosemont, Ill.
The one-day class focuses on communication, leadership and management skills and teaches foremen how to work well with all types of people. Participants will learn how to identify when to manage and when to lead; improve their communication skills; identify positive and negative approaches to communication; articulate specific ways to increase crew productivity; and implement conflict resolution with employees in discipline situations, among other things.
