The Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness Act of 2019 is bipartisan legislation to promote energy-efficiency technologies in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors of the economy and within federal buildings.
NRCA is encouraging its members to urge their legislators to support the ESIC Act, which will save energy and reduce costs for families and businesses, promote economic growth and help protect the environment. The legislation will accomplish these goals by improving U.S. energy productivity, expanding energy-efficiency savings and benefits across the economy and seizing opportunities to reduce the federal government’s energy consumption.
