NRCA’s Nominating Committee met Feb. 17, and upon a unanimous vote, recommended the extension of Force Majeure to NRCA’s Executive Committee and board of directors as stated in Article IX, Section 3 of NRCA’s Bylaws.
NRCA’s Executive Committee and board of directors voted March 1 to approve the Nominating Committee’s recommendation. This means NRCA’s current Executive Committee and board of directors will serve an additional year starting June 1.
NRCA’s Nominating Committee also submitted the additional nominations of George Patterson, Bennett and Brosseau Roofing Inc., Romeoville, Ill., and Brad Baker, Professional Roofing, Bellevue, Idaho, to serve on NRCA’s board of directors for a three-year term beginning June 1.
