A group of construction industry leaders are celebrating Construction Inclusion Week Oct. 13-17 to promote opportunities in the industry and enhance the experience of all construction professionals.
This year’s theme is Opening Doors: Building a Workplace for Everyone. The week aims to recognize the growing need for skilled professionals to bring projects to life and reimagine how the industry attracts, nurtures and retains talent. Investing in the next generation of skilled workers and establishing welcoming, respectful workplaces helps to build a stronger foundation for the future. Resources include videos, toolbox talks, a workforce outreach toolkit and a mental health resources guide.
