Trent Cotney is a partner and construction team leader for Adams & Reese LLP, a national law firm, and general counsel for NRCA. Cotney is a Florida board-certified construction lawyer licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Washington, D.C., and Wyoming. He focuses his practice on all aspects of construction litigation and arbitration, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration defense, lien law, bond law, bid protests, and construction document review and drafting. He routinely represents U.S. roofing contractors in legal matters.
