Duane Musser
NRCA’s vice president of government relations
Duane Musser is NRCA’s vice president of government relations and oversees and directs the association’s work regarding government policy and political matters. Musser joined NRCA in 2008. Previously, he served as senior associate at Schramm, Williams & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm representing clients before Congress and federal agencies on legislative and regulatory issues. Musser began his career on Capitol Hill working in the U.S. House of Representatives as a legislative assistant with experience in a wide array of policy matters. Duane earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pa., and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.
Deb Mazol
NRCA’s director of federal affairs
Deb Mazol is NRCA’s director of federal affairs. She has extensive experience in the public and private sectors, including more than a decade on Capitol Hill serving in the House and Senate. She has an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and credentials from the Naval War College in Newport, R.I., and Harvard Law School’s program on negotiation in foreign policy.
Teri Dorn
NRCA’s director of political affairs
Teri Dorn is NRCA’s director of political affairs. Before joining NRCA, Dorn spent more than a decade working on Capitol Hill in legislative and management roles for the House Committee on the Budget and several members of Congress, including former NRCA CEO Reid Ribble while he served in Congress. She also has experience in the private sector with an emphasis on the intersection of federal policy with the financial services industry and has attained FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses.
Greg Bloom

Greg Bloom is vice president of national accounts at QXO, Greenwich, Conn., and a long-standing leader in the roofing distribution sector with more than 40 years of industry experience. He began his career loading trucks during college and has since built a reputation as a passionate advocate for education, workforce development and community giving within the roofing industry. A past president of the Roofing Alliance, Bloom remains deeply committed to initiatives that support the next generation of roofing professionals and strengthen the industry's philanthropic impact. He currently is serving as NRCA’s PAC Advisory Committee chair.
